Good morning Eric,
l saw the accident. lt happened yesterday morning in the staff lounge.
Mrs Smith slipped and fell as she was getting a cup of coffee.
There was some water on the floor and the tiles were slippy.
l called an ambulance because she hurt her back.
The paramedics took her to hospital.
l suggest that the tea boys should mop the floor regularly to keep it dry.
